Postage and Handling

Homelymade provides postage and handling service for every items you order. Basically, items will be sent through postal service with postage rates. In-house delivery service is available within certain area in Penang Island upon request.

Boxes and Cards
FREE postage service (domestic standard mail) is provided within West Malaysia.
Postage charges beside West Malaysia are charged based on location.
POS LAJU are available upon request and will be charged accordingly.



* Items will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving cleared payments.
* Delivery or meet-up can be discussed and arranged upon request.
* Charges is based on the method chosen and distance factor.

Design

For any boxes or cards, we need to be enthused by your “stories” or themes in order to come up with the perfect customized design you request. Hence, to make you or probably the recipient of the items happy, we need to know what you have in mind in order to come up with the suitable design.

We don’t have standard price list or charges for all the items as these items are customized exclusively according to customers’ requests.

Though, we do have some standardized items where the price is fixed to make it easier for customers to choose.
